Marshall's Polygraph Services - Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to schedule a polygraph examination with Marshall's Polygraph Services. This deposit secures your appointment time and covers administrative costs associated with scheduling and preparation.

In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances within the 24-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.

We encourage you to carefully consider your commitment before scheduling and paying the deposit. By scheduling a polygraph exam and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Seller's Note to Customer

Below I have listed some suggestions to prepare for the exam:

• No alcohol consumption, illegal or recreational drugs 24 hours before the test.
• Take prescription medication as prescribed...nothing more or less.
• Try to get at least 6 hours of sleep the night before the test.
• Dress in comfortable attire, avoiding bulky clothing that might interfere with the sensors.
• Prepare a relatively quiet place where the exam is to be conducted, free from any loud noises or distractions.
• If you feel unwell on the day of your appointment, please reschedule, as the exam won't be administered if you are sick.
